Assessment

The secret that sets our online personal training program apart lies in our detailed assessment process. The 3-step fitness assessment takes a detailed analytical look at your existing strengths and weaknesses. We then combine that information with your personal goals to curate an effective personal fitness program just for you.

 

Our 3-step Assessment Process

Biometric Information

You fill out an initial set of forms detailing your biometric information which informs the optimal program design for your body.

Static Assessment

Clients take and submit a series of basic pose-directed pictures which we analyze for postural faults that can be corrected via a proper fitness program.

Functional Assessment

Clients record a series of simple functional movements which we analyze for functional movement faults that can be corrected via a proper fitness program.

Program Design

Following the assessment your coach will begin designing your program. Your personalized program will include warm up drills, exercises, and conditioning details. Each drill, exercise, and conditioning is carefully selected to meet your requirements.

We will not waste your time or money with fillers or fads. We take everything into consideration, from how long your rest periods are to exercise selection. No detail is overlooked. We pride ourselves on program design, which is why we send a report along with your program explaining the philosophy behind your program.

, Our Services, Page 1 Fitness

Video Calls

After the assessment is completed your coach will schedule time to speak with you via a video call. The call gives us an opportunity to introduce ourself and get to know each member. We will also go over the findings from the assessment and explain your new program. If you prefer to talk via phone or email we can accommodate your request. Although we highly recommend participating in video calls we understand that not everyone is comfortable doing so. The call will also give your coach a moment to field any questions or concerns you have about your training that is to detailed to discuss in an email or message. Videos calls can be scheduled any day of the week with a mutual time commitment from the coach and member. No need to stress about keeping track of when you need to schedule a video call. Your coach will make sure it is scheduled at an appropriate date and will send out reminders to keep you informed. 

Exercise Demos

Another benefit included in your membership is the exercise demo found in your member login/app. You will have complete access to hundreds of exercise and movement videos. Your coach can also upload how-to videos that are specifically for your needs.

, Our Services, Page 1 Fitness

Progress Review

A perk of Page1 Membership is the monthly Progress review. Here we will discuss your current program and will critique any videos uploaded by you regarding your form and technique. We will go over the videos with you and evaluate your program to determine if it needs to be updated based on our findings.

Page 1 Fitness Login

The Page 1 Fitness app/desktop login will give you access to your program and allow you to record your results. There are many benefits features included with your login. Some of the features are the ability to upload pictures and videos of your training, “how to” videos of each exercise in your program, view scheduled meetings with your coach, track results and progress, and a food diary with nutritional recommendations. Your coach can even send you videos of drills and exercises tailored just for you. The page 1 Fitness login allows us to closely monitor your progress and make any changes and provide feedback immediately.

Member Review

Page1 Fitness is committed to your goals, which is why we will consistently monitor your progress on a daily and weekly basis. As a Page 1 fitness member you receive more than a program. We review your progress using the Page1 Fitness login. The information from your assessment and training log allows your coach to give you immediate feedback and keep you on track. We pride ourselves on communication and are driven to providing each member with results.

Communication is a key component to Page 1 Fitness’ success. Which is why we encourage each member to contact your coach when you need to.
