Who do you work with?
We work with a variety of clients. Our experience training general fat loss clients all the way up to Olympic athletes allows us to meet your goals and needs. As coaches and fitness enthusiasts we are also constantly working on continuing education to stay on top of our game.
What's your philosophy?
We use a blend of detailed assessments, experience, and education. The assessment gives us a baseline of any postural faults and current fitness level. We draw from past experience in order to build a program knowing what works and what does not. And our education ensures you are receiving a program with a purpose.
